Input signal interface

- Each signal is defined as follows:
- X-HOME: X-axis origin signal input, corresponding to MACH3 software input IO port: P1.0
- Y-HOME: Y-axis origin signal input, corresponding to MACH3 software input IO port: P1.1
- Z-HOME: Z-axis origin signal input, corresponding to MACH3 software input IO port: P1.2
- A-HOME: A-axis origin signal input, corresponding to MACH3 software input IO port: P1.3
- PROBE: tool setting signal input, corresponding to MACH3 software input IO port: P1.4
- IN5-IN15: input port, MACH3 software input IO port is: P1.5-P1.15
Spindle inverter interface
- MKX supports spindle speed adjustment, inverter interface, or PWM interface.
- MKX spindle interface speed control output, supports 2 ways: 0-10V analog voltage output; or 0-5V analog voltage output; or 5V PWM signal output.
When the analog voltage output is used to adjust the speed, a DC voltage needs to be input to the board, and the value of the DC voltage determines the maximum voltage value of the analog voltage output; for example, the DC voltage input: 10V, the analog voltage output is 0-10V Variety.
External power interface
The MKX control card requires an external 6-24V DC power supply to power the board.
Output port
MKX provides 8 expansion outputs.
The output port is active low level.
Drive current 50mA; support up to 24V signal.
Spindle control:
OUT0: The corresponding MACH3 output port is configured as P1.0
Extended output port 1-7: OUT1-7: The corresponding MACH3 output port configuration is: P1.1-P1.7
Shaft drive interface
MKX provides maximum support for 6-axis drive,
MKX control card supports stepper and servo drive, adopts pulse + direction drive mode, the drive mode is common anode mode, the maximum frequency supported pulse output is 400KHZ, the drive capacity is 20mA current, and the internal photoelectric isolation output is used.
